About Martin County Court Docket

Martin County court records move through a unified Minnesota District Court system. Martin County Court Administration keeps the local files, while Minnesota Court Records Online provides a statewide public access route for eligible records. The goal is to make those roles clear before a searcher needs a court date, Register of Actions entry, or copy request.

Why We Built This Site

Minnesota calls the case-history log the Register of Actions, or ROA. In Martin County, the local District Court and its Court Administration office are the official source for the file and certified copies. MCRO provides a useful public search layer, but an online result is not a certified court record. This reference gathers the official routes, search terminology, case-number conventions, and request steps that help distinguish a schedule check from a record request.

What You Will Find Here

  • Docket guides: how criminal dockets and civil dockets are searched and read in Martin County
  • Court dates and settings: how to read the court calendar and confirm a hearing date or setting
  • Case lookups: how to run a case search by name, case number, citation number, or attorney through MCRO
  • Record requests: how court records and certified copies are requested from Martin County Court Administration

What We Cannot Do

This is a privately run reference site. We have no connection to any Minnesota court, Court Administration office, or state agency. There are real limits to what we can help with:

  • We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
  • We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
  • We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
  • We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
  • We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
  • We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or hearing setting remains current

Only Martin County Court Administration or the court that maintains the case can issue an official or certified copy. This reference can identify the route, but it cannot supply the document.

Search Partners

Some pages contain search boxes supplied by third-party providers. Those services set their own terms, prices, and result displays. A paid signup through one may generate a referral fee. That arrangement does not give this site control over the provider’s service or its results.
